ICB Corporation is a privately owned trading and distribution organization. Our management has many years of experience in the fields of importing and distributing. The basic function of the organization is to market, distribute and import lubricants domestically.
We are well established with a highly professional sales, marketing and warehousing and distribution operation. Consequently we are able to deal with all the major automotive industry, agricultural sector, road & construction sector, manufacturing industry, power & supply sector, independent sub distributor and retail operators. Our organization is also planning to build its own manufacturing plant in near future. We have all the necessary experience, knowledge and capital to ensure the success of our organization.

We sell a variety of brand’s products to satisfy the need of corporate clients in the field of construction, power, manufacturing industry, automotive sector and intermediaries.
Our product combines a tradition of reliable customer service with an extensive range of premium quality oil such as automotive oil, agricultural oil, industrial oil and marine oil.

Our History
The organization started as a distributor with SHELL and BP since 1972 and then still doing business with CASTROL since 1976, then in 1996 with MOBIL & GULF and in 2002 with CALTEX and so on. It has been doing business with them for a long time with reputation and success. Besides, it has been importing TURVO OIL from Singapore since 2011 as a sole distributor. We also started to import Champion lubricants from Belgium as a sole distributor since the start of 2021.
We also have 3 other sister concern organizations of ICB Corporation, namely- SK Traders, Super Syn Lube and New Super Automobile.
Our Founder
Haji Mohammad Shahidullah, known to his family, friends, and business associates as Haji, was born in Laxmipur, Bangladesh in 1952. He founded a lubricants organization named Shahid and Brothers in 1972. In 1980, he started a transport business namely new Super Paribahan. He then extended his lubricants business chain by founding New Super Automobile in 1988 which also had a segment for auto parts. For his hard work and dedication he could further extend his lubricants chain by establishing S. K Traders in 1994.
The positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit of Haji Mohammad Shahidullah led him to a position where he could be a founder of another lubricants organization named Super Syn Lube in 2008.
Haji’s success came from his trustworthy nature. With his knowledge in lubricants he helped to establish many entrepreneur sin lubricants business that now hold comfortable positions in the market. All his entrepreneurial attributes combined to help him start icb corporation in 2017 at the age of 65 and build an organization thatis popular today all over bangladesh in the automotive and industrial sector.
Today, Mr. Shahidullahs legacy is carried on by his nephew andchildren who operate and manage the organization ICB Corporation.
